Over the past year the business and the brand has grown and given birth to new concepts meant to deliver amazing results for individual events, as well as entertain the masses on many different levels.

Introducing two new divisions to Zuri Events, LLC:
Cultural Exchange dedicated to hosting events that promote cultural awareness through various Expos, as well as Art, Literature, and Fashion exhibitions.
Zuri After Dark will be hosting elegant and upscale after work destinations for the professional crowd, and nightlife in trendy and exclusive atmospheres.

After years of planning events for individuals and non-profit organizations, I decided to launch my own event planning business. The word Zuri is derived from the Swahili language. When translated it means Beautiful. I felt like it was the perfect name for my company because whether it's a birthday party, wedding, fashion show,or product promotions event the result is simply beautiful. The beauty is just not in the tangible things such as the decor. It is also present in the way the client and the patrons feel when they enter the event as well as the lasting impression.
